Tattoo Contest rules and regs:

Entry fees are non-refundable.  Tattoos must be fully healed.  Winners must be present to accept awards.  The entry fee is $10 per entry and due by the cut off of each day.  Contestants must be at contest booth at least twenty mins prior to the competition.
